In my previous roles in care and support work, I’ve developed a wide range of essential skills that I believe are valuable to the mission and values of Mawang Family Support Services. Among the most important skills I bring are effective communication, patience, empathy, and resilience—all critical to delivering meaningful, person-centred care.
My experience includes, but is not limited to, supporting, caring for, and encouraging individuals with disabilities in both community and residential care settings. I have also gained valuable experience in palliative care, focusing on providing comfort, dignity, and emotional support to individuals and their families during difficult times.
At the core of my approach is a collaborative, multidisciplinary style of working, with the client always at the centre of our services. I believe that respectful, compassionate care is a team effort, and I am committed to contributing positively to the lives of those we support.
